SAE 4340 chromium-molybdenum steel is forged as a whole and undergoes carburising quenching and low-temperature tempering treatment. Its tensile strength is not less than 1200MPa, and the surface hardness can reach up to HRC 50 - 55. This is 65% higher than that of ordinary cast steel brackets. The material adapts to the engine's high-torque (peak value of 1800N-m) and high-rpm (1500r/min) working conditions.

With a multi-rib topology design, the thickness of the key pressure-bearing area is increased to 15mm.
