The base body is made of SAE 316L stainless steel through precision casting (Cr 16 - 18%, Mo 2 - 3%). The inner wall is coated with composite polyether ether ketone (PEEK) (with a thickness of 50 μm). As a result, the resistance to coolant corrosion is enhanced by 4 times, making it suitable for long-term working conditions with glycol-based coolant at 120 °C.

Multi-seal and anti-vibration design
The integrated triple sealing structure includes: the main seal, which adopts a fluorine rubber (FKM) O-ring (with a temperature resistance range of -40°C to 180°C); the secondary seal, which is a metal wound gasket (with a pressure resistance of 6MPa); and the emergency sealing groove, which is pre-positioned with a self-expanding graphite ring. The bracket adopts a honeycomb vibration damping structure. After the 20 - 500Hz random vibration test according to the ISO 16750 standard, the displacement is ≤0.03mm, which prevents high-frequency vibration from loosening the bolts.
