This enhances its wear resistance by 5 times compared with ordinary cast steel, and it enables the dozer to perform high-frequency impacts at a rate of 1500 times per minute.

The roller bearings are made of a ceramic-steel composite material, with a temperature resistance of up to 300°C and a grease retention period extended to 2000 hours (3 times longer than the life of traditional copper bushings).

Dynamic lubrication and thermal management optimisation

With a built-in miniature oil channel (aperture Φ1.2±0.05mm), it realizes the dual mode of pressure lubrication and splash lubrication. The oil flow rate is increased to 4.8L/min (@300kPa), and the temperature rise of key friction parts is reduced by 40°C.
