Five-layer composite armour structure
The outer layer is stamped with Inconel 718 nickel-based alloy (with a temperature resistance of 1100°C), the middle sandwich is ceramic fibre aerogel (with a thermal conductivity ≤ 0.018W/m-K), and the inner layer is compounded with an aluminium foil reflective film (with a reflectivity ≥ 95%). This improves the overall thermal resistance by 8 times compared with the traditional single-layer steel cover.
