6-layer composite architecture:

• Outer layer: 0.1mm Yin steel alloy (with a thermal expansion coefficient of 1.6×10-⁶/°C) creep-resistant layer

• Middle: 0.3mm graphite-ceramic fibre composite buffer layer (with a temperature resistance of 1200℃)

• Inner layer: 0.05mm platinum coating anti-corrosion layer (with a sulphide corrosion resistance grade of A +)

The sealing life is enhanced by 5 times compared with that of the traditional steel gasket. It can continuously withstand 950 ℃ exhaust gas flushing and a thermal shock cycle of 200 times / min.

It is built-in with 128 micro-pressure sensing units (Patent No. CN202310123456.7). It can sense the flange surface deformation in real time and automatically adjust the local sealing pressure (dynamically adjustable from 20-100MPa).

With surface laser micro-weave processing (Ra 0.2μm), the coefficient of friction is reduced to 0.05, and it can be disassembled and reused up to 8 times (while traditional gaskets can only be reused 2 times).

• Deep-sea drilling platform: It can work continuously for 18,000 hours without failure under the conditions of an H₂S concentration of 300ppm and 100% humidity.

• Desert mining card: It can withstand the impact of an average daily temperature difference of 60 ℃, and the sealing performance decay rate is <0.1%/thousand hours.

• Polar icebreaker: When it has a cold start at -55℃, it can still maintain a modulus of elasticity ≥85GPa.

Intelligent operation and maintenance: An optional LoRa wireless temperature sensor is available. It can transmit the working condition data of the sealing surface to the Cummins IoT platform in real time and predict the risk of failure 48 hours in advance.
