Aircraft-class materials and vibration-resistant design
The sensing core uses a single crystal silicon piezoresistive chip (ASIC technology) and is encapsulated in a titanium alloy shell (Grade 5). It can resist a 200G mechanical shock + 50G vibration (in line with the MIL-STD-810H standard), and its life expectancy is enhanced by 5 times compared with that of traditional aluminium shell sensors.
The surface is coated with a diamond-like (DLC) film (with a thickness of 3μm), and its fuel/oil corrosion resistance is up to ASTM D471 Level 3, making it suitable for the poor quality fuel environment with a 500ppm sulphur content.
Intelligent self-compensation and predictive diagnosis
With an integrated temperature-pressure cross-compensation algorithm, the non-linear error is ≤±0.1% in the range of -40°C to 150°C, eliminating the risk of false alarms caused by thermal drift.
With a built-in life counter (based on the design of 10^9 pressure cycles), it can upload the remaining life prediction value in real time via the CAN bus (with an accuracy of ±3%) and give a warning 200 hours in advance about the risk of failure.
