The core gears are manufactured by WSP (Waveform Synchronous Processing) technology, the tooth profile deviation is controlled at ISO 3 precision, the meshing efficiency reaches more than 98.7%, and the power loss is reduced by 2.3% compared with the traditional process.

Base material innovation: the use of 42CrMo4 + Nb micro-alloyed steel, 920 ℃ vacuum carburising + 840 ℃ high-temperature quenching, surface hardness up to HRC60 ± 1, the core to maintain HB260 toughness
