1. Engine Oil Pressure Sensor (Oil Pressure Probe)
Installed in the diesel engine oil passage, available in alarm switch type and analog transmission type.

- Function 1: Real-time monitoring of engine lubricating oil pressure;
When the engine is cold, the oil is viscous and the pressure is high; when the engine is hot, wear and oil deficiency cause the pressure to drop;
- Function 2: Safety protection logic:
① Startup phase: Delay for a few seconds to avoid false shutdown due to low oil pressure right after starting;
② During operation: If oil pressure drops below the safety threshold (generally ≤ 0.2 MPa), the controller triggers a low oil pressure alarm and shuts down the engine;

- Signal Transmission:
Switch type: On/off signal sent to the control panel;
Transmitter type: Outputs 0-5V/4-20mA, real-time display of oil pressure on the screen;
Fault Hazards: Insufficient engine oil/oil pump failure, without protection it can cause cylinder scoring, bearing seizure, or complete engine failure.
